一、试验 1.原料本试验采用澳大利亚的赤铁矿和日本的石灰石为原料,冶金焦由澳大利亚钢铁厂提供。原料的化学成分和粒度分布特性分别列于表1和表2。铁矿石含硅和铝相对地比较高。混合料中的返矿是采用上述原料在普通的烧结锅中制备的。返矿的碱度(CaO/SiO_2即C/S)为1.85。必要时,可用纯硅砂调节试验用矿石、石灰石、焦粉和返矿组成的混合料的碱度。加到烧结混合料中的返矿分为两个粒级,其中2/3为3.2~6.4毫米,1/3为-3.2毫米。
First, the test 1. Raw materials This test using Australian hematite and Japan’s limestone as raw material, metallurgical coke from the Australian steel mill to provide.
