目的:研究西瑞香素对破骨细胞分化及成骨细胞增殖作用的影响。方法:以依普黄酮(10~(-8)mol/L)作为阳性对照,采用1α,25-(OH)2Vit D3诱导乳兔骨髓细胞获得破骨细胞,通过TRAP活力测定、TRAP+细胞计数和骨吸收陷窝面积检测西瑞香素对破骨细胞分化及骨吸收活性的影响;并采用MTT法测定西瑞香素对MC3T3-E1Subclone14成骨细胞增殖作用的影响。结果:不同浓度的西瑞香素均对破骨细胞分化及骨吸收活性均具有抑制作用,其中10~(-5)mol/L剂量组的抑制作用最为显著;西瑞香素对成骨细胞增殖具有促进作用,其中10-5mol/L剂量组的促进作用最为显著。结论:西瑞香素能抑制破骨细胞活性和促进成骨细胞增殖。
