超高层建筑对于设计师与消防工程师们来讲是一项艰巨的挑战,这是由超高层建筑本身独特的特征所造成的,其中包括垂直疏散距离较长、使用消防通道困难、幕墙火势垂直蔓延隐患、对于消防用水的供应需求以及烟囱效应等。因此,在超高层建筑的消防安全设计中考虑足够的弹性以及一定程度的自救能力是非常重要的。平安金融中心是中国最高的建筑之一,根据中国建筑设计防火规范的要求,当建筑高度超过250米时,现有规范要求可能并不足够,应针对具体建筑进行消防安全评估来研究其整体消防安全性能,并提供合适的消防安全加强方案。
