采用无放射性的直接式科氏力传感器、计算机和无线通讯技术,实现固井水泥浆和钻井泥浆密度、流量和压力在线高精度地自动测量,克服了以往人工称量、放射性密度计、涡轮流量计、电磁流量计、超声波流量计等测量方法的缺陷,解决了油田几十年来固井水泥浆密度流量参数测量的难题。系统已在辽河、大港和塔里木油田成功地应用。
Using non-radioactive direct Coriolis force sensors, computers and wireless communication technologies, the online measurement of cement slurry and drilling mud density, flow and pressure is automated with high accuracy, overcoming the problems of manual weighing, radioactive density meters, turbine flow rates Meter, electromagnetic flowmeter, ultrasonic flowmeter and other measurement methods to solve the oil field cementing fluid density measurement of the parameters of the problem for decades. The system has been successfully applied in Liaohe, Dagang and Tarim fields.
