巯基棉富集—氢化物原子荧光法测定地下水中硒

在盐酸介质中,用巯基棉富集地下水中的硒,然后,用HCl:HNO_3为100:4的混合酸作为洗脱液,使硒从巯基棉中完全解脱,采用氢化物原子荧光法测定硒含量。检出限、RSD、回收率各指标均满足地下水分析要求。 In hydrochloric acid medium, the selenium in groundwater was enriched with thiol cotton, then the mixed acid with HCl: HNO_3 of 100: 4 was used as the eluent to completely liberate the selenium from the thiol cotton, and the hydride generation atomic fluorescence method was used to determine the selenium content. The detection limit, RSD, recovery indicators meet the groundwater analysis requirements.
