随着大骨节病研究的不断深入、硒的作用已经受到极大的重视。本文对硒及硒加硫防治大骨节病前后患儿体内胶原代谢状况进行了观察,结果看到硒可以提高胶原代谢的速度;硒硫同时合用时较单纯服硒作用更好。对此结果进行了初步的分析讨论。
With the deepening of Kashin-Beck disease research, the role of selenium has received great attention. In this paper, selenium and selenium plus sulfur prevention and treatment of children with Kaschin-Beck disease before and after collagen metabolism was observed, the results showed that selenium can increase the rate of collagen metabolism; selenium and sulfur than when combined with pure serving of selenium better. The results of a preliminary analysis and discussion.
