改良外耳道皮瓣在开放式乳突根治术中的应用32例分析

目的:探讨应用改良外耳道皮瓣在开放式乳突根治术中应用的效果。方法:回顾性分析2005-01/2007-1232例(32耳)胆脂瘤型中耳乳突炎患者行开放式乳突根治术并应用改良外耳道皮瓣行乳突术腔填塞术。结果:术后随访1~3 a,改良外耳道皮瓣完全填塞,消灭了术后大乳突腔,干耳率100%。结论:应用改良外耳道皮瓣填塞乳突术腔具有乳突术腔填塞完整,皮肤覆盖好,上皮修复快,术腔愈合时间短,术后干耳率高;手术具有简单、易行,便于推广等优点。 Objective: To explore the application of modified external ear flap in radical mastectomy. Methods: Open mastoidectomy was performed retrospectively in 3232 cases (32 ears) of cholesteatoma type otitis media patients from January 2005 to December 2007 with modified external auditory canal flaps. Results: All cases were followed up for 1 ~ 3 days. The modified external auditory canal flaps were completely packed and the postoperative mastoid process was eliminated. The dry ear rate was 100%. CONCLUSION: The mastoid cavity filled with modified external ear flap has the advantages of complete mastication, good skin coverage, rapid epithelial repair, short operative healing time and high postoperative dry ear rate. The operation is simple, easy and easy to popularize Etc.
