在横河向或斜的方向传来的地震波作用下,拱坝或大跨度拱桥的振动在两端多少总有一点时间差。它对整个结构的动力反应影响多大,目前不清楚。本文作为用变分法求解上述问题的第一步尝试。这一方法比动力有限元法可大大地节省计算机的存储单元和机时,这里所设的振型函数及其二阶偏导数都有相当好的收敛性。经计算表明:园拱两端的时间差是一个很重要的不应忽视的物理量,它明显地改变了振动反应的特性并且使结构的应力引起很大的变化,特别是当波的周期接近于圆拱的自振周期时,这一影响更为显著。
