目的:探讨小切口皮内缝合乳腺癌改良根治术与常规切口乳腺癌改良根治术在近期手术疗效、美容效果及术后瘢痕对患者心理的影响。方法:对吉林大学第二医院普通外科疾病诊疗中心2009年3月～2010年1月29例乳腺癌患者行小切口皮内缝合乳腺癌改良根治术,并与既往相同分期的乳腺癌患者行传统切口及缝合方法的乳腺癌根治术进行比较。结果:患者对术后效果的评价:满意27例,良好2例,无不满意的病例。随着随访时间的延长,患者的胸部外形逐渐改观,较常规乳腺癌改良根治术相比瘢痕明显较小。结论:小切口皮内缝合乳腺癌改良根治术与常规切口改良根治术相比在手术效果上无统计学差异;小切口皮内缝合乳腺癌改良根治术与常规切口改良根治术相比切口明显缩小,采用皮内缝合,美容效果较明显,切口愈合后皮肤瘢痕明显减小,患者在心理上更易接受,减轻患者心理负担。 Objective: To investigate the effect of short-cut intradermal suture combined with modified radical mastectomy and conventional incision modified radical mastectomy on the patients’ psychological effects in recent operation, cosmetic effect and postoperative scar. Methods: From March 2009 to January 2010, 29 cases of breast cancer patients underwent modified radical mastectomy of small incision sutured breast cancer with conventional surgical diagnosis and treatment center of the Second Hospital of Jilin University from March 2009 to January 2010, Incision and suture method of breast cancer radical surgery were compared. Conclusions: There is no significant difference in operative effect between modified radical mastectomy of small incision intradermal sutured breast cancer and modified radical mastectomy. Compared with conventional modified incision modified radical mastectomy, , The use of intradermal suture, the cosmetic effect is more obvious, after incision healed skin scar significantly reduced, the patient psychologically more acceptable and reduce the patient’s psychological burden.
