目的观察高血压合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的患者,在应用替米沙坦治疗的同时联合应用二甲双胍对患者疗效影响。方法 60例高血压伴NAFLD的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组给予替米沙坦治疗,治疗组加二甲双胍。结果 12周后两组血压均下降(P<0.05),两组TC、LDL-C、TG及IRI有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论二者联合治疗保证了降压疗效,且改善了TC、LDL-C、TG及IRI。
Objective To observe the effect of metformin on patients with hypertensive combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) while using telmisartan. Methods Sixty patients with hypertension and NAFLD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were given telmisartan and the other two groups were given metformin. Results After 12 weeks, the blood pressure of both groups decreased (P <0.05), TC, LDL-C, TG and IRI were significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of the two drugs can ensure the antihypertensive effect and improve TC, LDL-C, TG and IRI.
