笔者研究了导电碳黑或碳粉颗粒和导电短切碳纤维的混杂纤维增强形状记忆复合材料的制备方法;分析了导电碳黑或碳粉颗粒和导电短切碳纤维对热固性形状记忆复合材料的电学属性影响;证实了颗粒和短纤维的存在,在材料内部很容易形成导电网络。同时研究了纤维含量对复合材料电学性能的影响规律。
The author studied the preparation method of hybrid fiber-reinforced shape memory composites with conductive carbon black or toner particles and conductive chopped carbon fibers; analyzed the electrical properties of conductive carbon black or toner particles and conductive chopped carbon fibers on thermosetting shape memory composites Influence; confirmed the existence of particles and short fibers, it is easy to form a conductive network within the material.
