后沟村是中国北方重要的古村落样本,对其的合理利用必须要慎重。山西省和榆次区针对后沟村的合理利用策略其实际结果是造成了公司和居民的二元对立,这既不利于合理利用,也不利于文化保护,同时也凸显了村落保护利益相关方的多样和保护的内在问题。就后沟村的经验而言,村民们应该在利益分配中占据更有利的地位,旅游收入中应该有专项基金用于村落保护,而合理利用策略的制定,应该有专业文化工作者以多学科多角度介入,才能避免出现上述的问题,形成两者的良性互动。
