为满足西气东输二线管道工程建设需求,开发试制了X80强度等级的高强度管件用厚钢板。与传统的管件用钢板相比,采用低碳微合金化的成分体系和TMCP工艺开发的厚规格X80管件用钢板具有低的碳当量、优良的焊接性能和良好的可加工性。经管件成型和随后的热处理,可使管件具有细的显微组织、高的强度、高的低温韧性,适用于大口径、高压、厚壁天然气输送管道的建设。
In order to meet the construction needs of the second West-East Gas Pipeline Project, a thick steel plate for high-strength pipe fittings with X80 strength grade was developed. Compared with the traditional steel plate for pipe fittings, the low-carbon micro-alloyed component system and the TMCP steel plate for thick gauge X80 pipe developed by TMCP process have low carbon equivalent, excellent weldability and good workability. After the tube forming and subsequent heat treatment, can make the tube with fine microstructure, high strength, high low temperature toughness, suitable for large diameter, high pressure, thick-walled natural gas pipeline construction.
