目的:考察胜任力、工作满意度在职业韧性与职业倦怠关系中的链式中介效应。方法:采用职业韧性量表、胜任力量表、工作满意度量表和职业倦怠量表对258名农村小学校长进行调查。结果:(1)职业韧性对农村小学校长的职业倦怠具有负向预测作用;(2)胜任力是职业韧性与农村小学校长职业倦怠之间的中介变量;(3)工作满意度是胜任力与农村小学校长职业倦怠之间的中介变量。结论:胜任力和工作满意度在职业韧性与农村小学校长职业倦怠之间起链式中介作用。
Objective: To investigate the chain mediation effects of competency and job satisfaction in the relationship between occupational resilience and job burnout. Methods: 258 occupational toughness scale, competency scale, job satisfaction scale and burnout scale were used to investigate 258 rural primary school principals. Results: (1) Occupational resilience negatively predicts the job burnout of rural primary school principals; (2) Competency is the mediating variable between occupational resilience and job burnout in rural primary school principals; (3) Job satisfaction is competency Intermediary variable between occupational burnout of rural primary school principals. Conclusion: Competency and job satisfaction play the role of chain intermediary between occupational tenacity and occupational burnout in rural primary school principals.
