某港机房地下结构底板工程平面为44.5×26(m),厚度为1.4m,现浇混凝土量为1757m~3,以底板中轴线变形缝为界,北端为第Ⅰ流水段,总混凝土量为825m~3;南端为Ⅱ流水段,总混凝土量为932m~3。该工程质量要求高,除必须具有较高的强度外,并要求混凝土必须有良好的密实性、抗渗性和抗裂性。一、流态混凝土配合比本工程于冬期施工,设计要求混凝土强度大于250kgf/cm~2(约25MPa),抗渗标号S8~S10,又是大体积混凝土。为满足施工工艺要求,决定采用流态混凝土。为避免大体积混凝土由于温度应力可能产生的裂缝,需从多方面考虑采取有效措施。
