经国务院外国专家局和省政府批准,由江苏省科委组织的“江苏省知识产权与仲裁知识培训团”,一行19人,于1995年9月13日至10月3日赴美进行专题学习考察,为时20天。此次赴美考察培训活动,由美国哥伦比亚国际培训中心(COLUMBIAITC,INC)具体接待安排。在接待单位的精心组织和积极联络下,培训团先后赴费城、纽约、华盛顿、洛杉矶市,对美国的知识产权保护体系、法律实施及仲裁服务的运作、知识产权价值评估、科技成果转化工作等方面进行了学习与考察。由于全体学员认真学习,精心考察,学有所获,取得了预期效果。
