世界上没有完全相同的两片树叶,当然在语言世界中也没有意思完全相同的两个词,更没有意思完全相同的两个短语或两句话。虽然语言中的同义词非常多,但是同义词只是指两个词的意思基本相同或相近,在附加义、语用等其他方面并不相同,因此,即使是同义词在使用过程中也应该加以区分。而语言中意思相近的短语非常多,与同义词相似,同义短语也只是意思相同或相近,在其他方面的用法上区别很大。文章将要讲的“没见到”和“见不到”这两个短语的意思基本相同,但是在使用的语境、传达的信息和言者表达的情感等方面有很大区别。
