随着市场经济环境的变化,企业发展的迫切需求,越来越多的企业对精益化管理给予了重视,从而加快和实现精益管理在企业的应用和完善。同时,精益管理不仅被应用在了企业生产经营方面,还被应用在了行政管理方面,也因此使得企业在人力资源、企业文化以及办公事管理等方面有所提升。本文主要分析和研究精益管理在企业行政管理中的应用,通过介绍精益管理概念、目标来引出其在企业实际行政管理过程中具备的提升工作效率、提高经济收益、规范管理流程等重要作用,从而阐述精益管理在企业行政管理中应当通过提高精益管理意识、设置监督学习机构以及提高经营管理效率等具体策略,为精益管理能够充分发挥其重要作用提供相关参考。
With the change of the market economy environment and the urgent need of enterprise development, more and more enterprises attach great importance to the lean management so as to speed up and realize the application and improvement of lean management in the enterprise. At the same time, lean management has not only been applied to the production and operation of enterprises, but also applied to the administration and management. As a result, enterprises have been upgraded in terms of human resources, corporate culture and office management. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the application of Lean Management in enterprise administration. By introducing the concept and goal of lean management, it brings out the important role of Lean Management in enhancing the efficiency of work, raising economic benefits and standardizing the management process. Expatiate on lean management in enterprise administration, we should provide relevant references for lean management to play its important role by improving the awareness of lean management, setting up supervision and learning institutions and improving the efficiency of operation and management.
