铝电解质对炭内衬和保温层的渗透是导致铝电解槽破损的重要原因,本文介绍了两种大型铝电解槽干式解剖所见到的现象及采样分析结果,讨论了铝电解质渗透途径,渗入物质的相组成以及它们之间的反应,也分析了渗入物质对炭内村和保温层的侵蚀作用,渗入物质主要是NaF、Na_3AlF_0、CaF_2、Al_2O_3,它们是靠“电毛细现象”和铝液及金属钠的“帮助”渗入到炭内衬中,渗入到保温层中的电解质与粘士耐火砖反应生成SiF_4气体,使生成的灰白质层膨胀,将炭内衬向上拱起。
