本文以4家生猪养殖合作社为案例,基于合作社的复衡性和绩效探析它们的成长性。根据复衡性和绩效两个维度水平的高低,4家合作社被分别归类于“明星型”、“问号型”和“瘦狗型”合作社。“明星型”合作社有较强的复衡性和较高的绩效,在未来的成长性较高;“瘦狗型”合作社复衡性弱、绩效低,缺乏成长性。“问号型”合作社包括两类:一类具有较强的复衡性,但绩效较低,其未来的成长性取决于其绩效的发展;另一类具有较高的绩效,但复衡性较弱,其未来的成长性取决于其复衡性的变化。复衡性对合作社成长性的影响在于它使合作社能对风险做出准备、反应并尽快恢复和调整,而绩效对合作社成长性的影响在于它有利于社员农户提高福利,吸引更多其他农户加入。其中,合作社社长的企业家能力是重要影响因素。
In this paper, four pig breeding cooperatives as a case study, based on the balance and performance of cooperatives to explore their growth. According to the level of balance and performance, the four cooperatives are respectively classified as “star”, “question mark” and “lean dog” cooperatives. “Star ” cooperatives have strong balance and high performance, higher growth in the future; “thin dog ” cooperatives weak balance, low performance, the lack of growth. The question mark type cooperatives include two types: one has strong balance but the performance is low, and its future growth depends on the development of its performance. The other type has higher performance but balance Weak sex, its future growth depends on the balance of its changes. The impact of the balance on the growth of the cooperative is that it enables the cooperative to prepare for the risk, react and recover and adjust as soon as possible, and the impact of performance on the growth of the cooperative is that it helps the members of the household to improve their welfare and attract more other farmers to join . Among them, the entrepreneurial ability of the cooperative president is an important factor.
