本文在分析影响卓越工程师培养质量的关键因素基础上,结合桂林理工大学资源勘查工程专业“卓越计划”的探索与实践,构建了“4+2”卓越工程师实践培养模式,“4”即4次专业基础实习,包括地质认识实习、地形测量实习、地质填图实习和矿山生产实习,主要依托学校实习基地,夯实学生专业基础与基本技能;“2”即2次校外技能实习,包括卓越工程师顶岗实习和毕业实习,依托一线生产单位和科研项目,促进学生实践能力和工程创新能力的显著提升。该模式在卓越工程师实践教学中发挥了重要作用,也取得切实成效。
Based on the analysis of the key factors influencing the training quality of excellent engineers and the exploration and practice of the “Prospect Plan” of resource exploration engineering in Guilin University of Technology, this paper constructs the practice training mode of “4 + 2” excellent engineers, 4 "is 4 professional basic internships, including geological understanding of internships, topographic survey internships, geological mapping internship and mine production internships, relying mainly on the school internship base, consolidate students’ professional foundation and basic skills; Off-campus technical internships include post-graduate internships and graduation internships with outstanding engineers. Relying on first-line production units and research projects, students’ practical abilities and engineering innovation capabilities have been significantly improved. This model has played an important role in the practical teaching of excellent engineers and has also achieved tangible results.
