为了保持循环使用操作中的中包容器内部的热量和不活跃气氛,本文作者开发了一种新型中包加热器。该系统采用一种存贮型换热器,向中包内喷入加热至1500℃的氮气流以维持无氧化气氛。川崎钢公司水岛厂的4号连铸机已采用了这种新的加热系统,在使用循环运行的热中包的情况下,明显改善了所生产的连铸板坯的质量。本文阐述了N2喷吹加热器的原理及其对钢质量的影响。
In order to maintain the heat and the inert atmosphere inside the container in the recycling operation, the authors developed a new mid-package heater. The system uses a storage-type heat exchanger to inject a stream of nitrogen heated to 1500 ° C into the bag to maintain a non-oxidizing atmosphere. This new heating system has been used on the No.4 co-casting machine at Kawasaki Steel’s Mizushima Plant and has significantly improved the quality of the continuous casting slab produced using the reclaimed hot runner package.
