采用浸泡试验和电化学技术试验研究了电解金属锰铅阳极板在3种小分子有机酸溶液的失重、开路电位、极化、阻抗。结果表明,在同一种有机酸溶液中,铅阳极板在40℃下失重大于常温,浸泡后期失重大于前期;随着有机酸溶液的浓度增大,阳极板的腐蚀程度也越大,甲酸和乙酸的腐蚀性主要表现在早期可以溶解阳极板表层钝化物,而草酸的腐蚀性则体现在后期,特别是当阳极板表面钝化物被溶解腐蚀后,当小分子有机酸共存时,协同作用加快铅阳极板的腐蚀。
The immersion test and electrochemical test were used to study the weight loss, open circuit potential, polarization and impedance of electrolytic manganese manganese anode plates in three kinds of small organic acid solution.
