高等学徒制是在英国探索实践高等教育与寓学于工人才培养模式相结合的过程中诞生的,这是学徒制教育适应时代发展的创新化结果。在英国职业教育行为主体与英国政府的共同推动下,高等学徒制人才培养模式呈现出初兴发展态势,高等学徒制的可持续发展对英国的教育产生重要影响,我国在构建现代化职业教育体系过程中可以从中汲取精华。基于此,笔者拟从英国高等学徒制的基本概述出发,分析其人才培养模式的主要特征,探讨其人才培养模式对我国职业教育的启示。
The apprenticeship system was born in the process of the British exploration and practice of higher education and the combination of the college and university students’ training mode. This is the innovative result of the apprenticeship education adapting to the development of the times. Under the co-promotion of the main body of vocational education in Britain and the British government, the mode of cultivation of advanced apprenticeship has shown the development trend of early Hsing-dynasty. The sustainable development of higher apprenticeship system has an important influence on the education of Britain. In the course of constructing a modern vocational education system Can learn from the essence. Based on this, the author intends to start from the basic outline of higher apprenticeship in Britain, analyze the main characteristics of its personnel training mode, and probe into the enlightenment of its personnel training mode on China’s vocational education.
