目的优化Taxol/PECT温敏性可注射原位载药凝胶体内抗肿瘤作用的给药方案。方法采用正交试验设计,用L9(34)正交表研究不同因素、不同水平对小鼠肿瘤抑瘤率和体质量增长率的影响,选取最优给药方案。结果综合对比分析,最优给药方案为给药剂量10 mg.kg 1,给药体积80μL.(10 g)1,于接种后4 d开始给药。结论该方案对小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制效果、体质量增长效果较好,可以考虑把该方案用于后续的实验研究。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the anti-tumor effect of Taxol / PECT injectable in situ drug-loaded gels. Methods Orthogonal design was used to study the effects of different factors and different levels on tumor growth inhibition rate and body mass growth rate of mice by L9 (34) orthogonal test, and the optimal dosage regimen was selected. Results The results of comprehensive comparative analysis, the optimal dosage regimen for the administration of 10 mg.kg 1, the volume of 80 μ L. (10 g) 1, administered 4 d after inoculation. Conclusion The inhibitory effect of this regimen on tumor growth in mice and the effect of body weight gain are better. The scheme can be used for subsequent experimental research.
