当前,教育改革全面稳步推进,高职院校都以不同程度、不同角度、不同内容对体育教学进行改革。高职体育教师的素质是决定高职体育教学改革成败的关键.本文主要对高职体育教师自身的人格魅力这一重要的教育资源进行探究。首先分析高职体育教师应具备的人格魅力;其次分析他们的人格魅力对学生成长的作用;最后分析新形势下高职体育教师应怎样加强自身人格魅力的培养。
At present, the educational reform has been promoted in an all-round and steady manner. Higher vocational colleges have carried out reforms in physical education with different degrees, angles and contents. The quality of PE teachers in higher vocational schools is the key to decide the success or failure of PE reform in higher vocational schools.This paper mainly probes into the important educational resources of personality traits of PE teachers in higher vocational schools. First of all, it analyzes the personality charm teachers should possess in higher vocational schools. Secondly, it analyzes the function of their personality charm on the students’ growth. Finally, it analyzes how the PE teachers in higher vocational schools should strengthen their personal charisma in the new situation.
