高职院校学生大多处于青春期,在思想上有很多的冲突,伴随教育学习从普通转成高职教育,学习的方向也言重了一些变化,由之前的教育为主转变为现在以社会实践为主的教学模式。在面临着现在日趋激烈的竞争压力,他们的心理承受这很大压力,学生也就会更加的增加学生心理压力,他们在自我意识、成长、生活及学习,包括与人沟通方面都各产生一定和心理问题。所以本文就以此为基础,针对高职院校心理健康教育开展了相应的有效教学研究,并对当前学生的心理健康教育、现状进行分析,保障高职院校生在学习的时候的健康的心理。
