从设计思想、制造及装配工艺、检修维护、运行管理等方面,综合分析元宝山发电厂600MW汽轮机低压叶片断裂的原因。根据改型前后叶片的安装和工作情况,从叶片的静动强度、断口特征、运行指标等方面探讨事故根源;还结合机组的通流尺寸和运行工况,提出改进叶片安全性的措施。
From the aspects of design idea, manufacturing and assembly process, maintenance, operation and management, the reason of low-pressure blade fracture of 600MW steam turbine in Yuanbaoshan Power Plant is analyzed synthetically. According to the installation and working condition of blade before and after modification, the root causes of the accident were discussed from the static and dynamic strength of blade, the fracture characteristics and operating indexes. The measures to improve the safety of the blade were also put forward according to the flow size and operating conditions of the unit.
