根据离合器设计理论,设计了阿基米德曲面楔块的PCE型离合器和单圆弧曲面楔块的PCE型离合器。在对两种PCE型离合器进行三维几何造型基础上,建立其动力学模型,对比分析了阿基米德曲面楔块的PCE型离合器与单圆弧曲面楔块的PCE型离合器的楔合时间、楔入冲击力及稳态楔合力等参数,结果表明阿基米德曲面楔块的PCE型离合器具有楔入迅速、冲击较小、稳态楔合力小的特点,具有较好的综合性能。文中研究为阿基米德曲面楔块的PCE型离合器的设计及应用提供了重要依据。
According to the clutch design theory, a PCE clutch with Archimedes curved wedge and a PCE clutch with a single curved curved wedge are designed. Based on the three-dimensional geometric modeling of the two kinds of PCE clutches, the dynamic model of the two kinds of PCE clutches was established. The wedging time of the PCE clutch with Archimede curved wedges and the PCE clutch with single circular arc curved wedges was analyzed. Wedge impact force and steady-state wedge force and other parameters. The results show that the PCE clutch with Archimedes curved wedge has the characteristics of fast wedging, less impact and small wedge force, and has good comprehensive performance. The paper provides an important basis for the design and application of PCE clutch with Archimedes curved wedge.
