二次冷轧钢板经过电镀铬后制得无锡钢板(TFS),基板表面质量对TFS的表面形貌和性能影响较大。在生产过程中,通过目视可看出部分产品有白点或表面亮度不够,经过湿热试验发现这些区域极易出现锈斑。针对这些问题,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对表面形貌进行观察,用能谱(EDS)分析缺陷处的元素组成,确定影响TFS表面形貌的因素以及出现缺陷的原因。同时,也分析了工艺条件和基板形貌对TFS性能的影响。
Secondary cold-rolled steel plate obtained after electroplating of chromium-free steel (TFS), the substrate surface quality of TFS surface morphology and properties of a greater impact. In the production process, some products can be seen through the visual white or the surface brightness is not enough, after damp heat test found that these areas prone to rust. In response to these problems, the morphology of the surface was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The elemental composition of defects was analyzed by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) to determine the factors influencing the surface morphology of TFS and the causes of the defects. At the same time, the influence of process conditions and substrate morphology on the performance of TFS was also analyzed.
