目的 :探讨黄连水煎剂对大鼠子宫平滑肌电活动的作用及机制。方法 :在大鼠子宫浆膜层包埋一对微型Ag AgCl电极 ,用Biolop98生物机能系统记录子宫肌电活动 ,观察腹腔注射黄连水煎剂对大鼠子宫平滑肌电活动的作用以及M受体、组胺H1受体、α受体、L型钙通道及前列腺素合成酶分别被阻断或抑制后这种作用受到影响。结果 :黄连水煎剂可以显著增强大鼠子宫平滑肌电活动 ,阻断M受体与H1受体后 ,该作用部分减弱 ;阻断L型钙通道后 ,该作用基本消失 ;阻断α受体及抑制前列腺素合成酶后 ,该作用不受影响。结论 :低、中、高剂量黄连水煎剂均可不同程度增强大鼠子宫平滑肌电活动 ,该作用可能通过M受体、组胺H1受体及L型钙通道发挥作用 ,与α受体及前列腺素的合成、释放无关
Objective : To explore the effect and mechanism of Rhizoma coptidis decoction on electrical activity of rat uterine smooth muscle. METHODS: A pair of miniature Ag AgCl electrodes were embedded in the serosal layer of rat uterus. The uterine myoelectric activity was recorded using the Biolop 98 biological function system. The effect of intraperitoneal injection of Coptidis Rhizoma decoction on the electrical activity of rat uterine smooth muscle and M receptor were observed. Histamine H1 receptor, α-receptor, L-type calcium channel, and prostaglandin synthase are blocked or inhibited, respectively. Results: Rhizoma coptidis decoction can significantly enhance the electrical activity of rat uterine smooth muscle. After blocking M receptor and H1 receptor, the effect partially weakened; after blocking L-type calcium channel, the effect basically disappeared; α receptor was blocked. After inhibition of prostaglandin synthetase, this effect was not affected. Conclusion: Low, middle and high doses of Rhizoma coptidis decoction can increase the electrical activity of rat uterine smooth muscle in different degrees. This effect may play a role through M receptor, histamine H1 receptor and L-type calcium channel, and α-receptor and Prostaglandin synthesis and release have nothing to do
