选用头孢曲松钠、头孢噻肟钠、阿洛西林、左氧氟沙星、加替沙星等几种常用抗菌药物配液,模拟临床用药一次量浓度(正常浓度)和全日量浓度(高浓度),采用紫外分光光度法在室温(25-26℃)和37℃,24h内对各抗菌药物配液含量及PH值变化进行测定,研究抗菌药物不同浓度配液的放置环境与药物含量、pH、外观颜色变化的关系。结果表明,各抗菌药物不同溶媒的正常浓度配液各项指标均比高浓度配液稳定。高浓度配液药物相对百分含量丢失最多的是头孢曲松钠,达19.77%。正常浓度和高浓度在37℃下的各项测定指标均比室温(25-26℃)下差,表明温度对药物配液有影响。得出:抗菌药物配液均应正常浓度临用现配,时间不宜超过24h,抗菌药物配液应存放于合理的放置环境中,确保抗菌药物配液的质量,达到有效抗菌治疗效果的结论。

The antibacterial drug solution should be stored in a reasonable place to ensure the quality of antibacterial drug solution to achieve effective antibacterial treatment.
