在后处理工艺控制分析中,游离酸的测定占有重要地位,其分析点多,分析频率高。因此,建立游离酸的快速分析方法,对于后处理工艺控制分析具有重要意义。目前游离酸的测定采用草酸盐络合滴定pH法,该方法可靠、原理简单,但分析周期长、对于浓度较低的样品,测量准确度较差。近红外光谱分析由于本身所具有的特点和优势,可应用于监测后处理料液中游离酸的浓度变化。
In the post-treatment process control analysis, the determination of free acid occupies an important position, the analysis of many points, the analysis of high frequency. Therefore, the establishment of free acid rapid analysis method for the control of post-processing process is of great significance. The determination of free acid using oxalate complex titration pH method, the method is reliable, the principle is simple, but the analysis cycle is long, for the lower concentration of the sample, the measurement accuracy is poor. Near infrared spectroscopy due to its own characteristics and advantages can be applied to monitor the concentration of free acid in the feed after treatment.
