新一轮科技革命和产业革命正在创造历史性机遇,为把发展的基点更加牢固地锁定在创新上,近日召开的江苏省第十三次党代会提出要“聚力创新”。未来五年,江苏将全力打造人才高地、创新高地、产业高地,培育分享经济、数字经济、创意经济,形成以创新为引领的现代产业体系与发展方式。当前正在大力推进的的新型城镇化,应为城市的转型发展集聚最强创新动力,努力向建设创新型城市目标迈进。
