目的:考察肠胃散片中佛手、高良姜、肉桂、荜拨、木香等药材挥发油的最佳提取工艺和β-环糊精最佳包合工艺。方法:采用单因素及L9(34)正交试验设计,以挥发油得率作为评价指标优选肠胃散片挥发油提取工艺;以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率的综合评分作为评价指标优选β-环糊精包合工艺。结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺为加水12倍量,浸泡1.0 h,提取2.5h;挥发油的最佳包合工艺为采用饱和水溶液法,挥发油与β-环糊精的配比为1∶8,包合温度40℃,包合时间60 min。结论:所选提取工艺提取率高,包合工艺合理,节约成本。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the best extraction process and the best inclusion technology of β-cyclodextrin in the volatile oil of bergamot, galangal, cinnamon, radix isatidis and other medicinal materials in the gastrointestinal scattered tablet. Methods: The orthogonal design of single factor and L9 (34) was used to optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from gastrointestinal scattered tablets with the yield of volatile oil. The comprehensive score of inclusion compound recovery rate and volatile oil inclusion rate was taken as the evaluation index, Cyclodextrin Inclusion Technology. Results: The optimal extraction process of volatile oil was 12 times of water, soaking for 1.0 h and extracting for 2.5 h. The best inclusion process of volatile oil was saturated aqueous solution, the ratio of volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin was 1: 8, The temperature 40 ℃, inclusion time 60 min. Conclusion: The selected extraction process extraction rate, inclusion process is reasonable, cost savings.
