【目的】观察凉血活血开窍方神犀丹对内毒素休克大鼠多脏器功能损伤的保护作用。【方法】将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和神犀丹组,除正常组外,其他2组大鼠腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖(Gal N)和尾静脉注射脂多糖(LPS)复制内毒素休克模型,全程监测平均动脉压(MAP)的变化,分别在输注0、2、6 h时采集血清标本及肺肝组织,检测全血细胞、血清总胆红素(TB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的含量,苏木素—伊红(HE)染色后光镜下观察大鼠肺肝组织的病理学改变。【结果】神犀丹组血压下降程度较模型组轻,血小板计数(PLT)无明显降低,血清TB、LDH、AST、ALT的含量上升幅度显著低于模型组,神犀丹组肺肝组织炎性病理改变较模型组明显减轻。【结论】神犀丹能改善内毒素休克大鼠的肺肝功能,减轻病理损害,改善微循环。
【Objective】 To observe the protective effect of Rhizoma Dioscoreacei, a traditional Chinese herbal medicine for cooling blood and activating blood circulation, on multiple organ dysfunction in endotoxic shock rats. 【Methods】 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Shenlidan group. Except for the normal group, the other two groups were injected intraperitoneally with Gal N and the tail vein with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) ) Model of endotoxic shock was replicated, and the change of mean arterial pressure (MAP) was monitored throughout the course of the experiment. Serum samples and lung and liver tissues were collected at 0, 2, and 6 h after transfusion. Whole blood cells, serum total bilirubin (TB), lactate LDH, AST and ALT, and pathological changes of lung and liver were observed by hematoxylin and eosin staining. 【Results】 The blood pressure of Shenliandan group was lower than that of the model group, and the platelet count (PLT) was not significantly decreased. The increase of serum TB, LDH, AST and ALT was significantly lower than that of model group and Shenlidan Dan group Pathological changes than the model group significantly reduced. 【Conclusion】 God rhododendrons can improve lung and liver function of endotoxic shock rats, reduce pathological damage and improve microcirculation.
