一、试验目的近十多年来世界各地所发生的强烈地震表明,即使按近代抗震设计方法进行设计的框架结构,也会由于柱构件的破坏导致结构产生不同程度的震害、甚至造成建筑物的坍塌。为此,日本、美国、苏联等国都进行过有关的试验研究。1976年我国唐山地震后,本小组结合我国的实际情况也开展了这方面的系统试验研究,以摸清钢筋混凝土框架柱在定轴向荷载和低周反复循环水平荷载作用下的力学性能,重点是探讨构件弯曲屈服后的强度和变形能力,最终拟提出一个较为合适的抗震设计方法。
