随着我国经济建设的高速发展和改革开放的不断深入,一大批具有现代气派的高层建筑在全国各地竞相出现。据最新统计,上海高层建筑有1304幢,超高层——指100米以上(包括正在兴建的)有40余幢,其中在建的金茂大厦,88层,高达420.5米,仅次于当今世界最高楼芝加哥的110层、443米的希尔斯大厦。摩天楼是现代化城市的标志和骄傲,它们的修建大大地丰富了城市的空间造型,鲜明地体现出了都市的风采。 然而,在建筑师以不断刷新的建筑高度给人们带来惊奇的同时,我们也应认识到建筑物高度与我国现有的消防能力这一潜伏的矛盾正日益明显。如何解决高层建筑火灾扑救问题是当今摆在消防部门面前一个亟需解决的课题。国外工业发达国家鉴于高层建筑火灾的惨痛
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, a large number of high-rise buildings with modern style are vying with each other across the country.
