目的:探讨新的麻醉方法,用于射频温控热凝术(RFE)治疗三叉神经痛,避免伴有高血压者术中血压急剧升高,同时,解决刺激大。患者剧烈疼痛及术毕即测试治疗效果等问题。方法:采用异丙酚、芬太尼麻醉镇痛,对伴高血压者(n=18)和非高血压者(n=14)进行对照观察,分别监测心率、血压、血氧饱和度及心电图的动态变化,观察意识消失和苏醒时间。结果:伴高血压者收缩压和舒张压均较前显著下降(P<0.01),非高血压者仅收缩压较术前显著下降(P<0.05),两者血压下降均未低于正常范围。刺激最大时,患者意识消失,术毕当即完全清醒,可测试治疗效果。结论:异丙酚、芬太尼为目前国内RFE中一种很好的麻醉方法,尤其适合于伴有高血压者
OBJECTIVE: To explore a new anesthetic method for radiofrequency thermocoagulation (RFE) in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia and to avoid the sharp increase of intraoperative blood pressure associated with hypertension and to solve the stimulus. Patients with severe pain and surgery that test the treatment effect and other issues. Methods: The analgesic effects of propofol and fentanyl were compared with those of patients with hypertension (n = 18) and those without hypertension (n = 14). Results: The systolic and diastolic blood pressures in patients with hypertension were significantly lower than those in patients without hypertension (P <0.01), and those in non-hypertensives were significantly lower than those before surgery (P <0.05) Below normal range. Conclusion: Propofol, fentanyl is a good anesthetic method in the domestic RFE, especially for those with hypertension
