祁阳县1992年3月开始在黎家坪区供销社实行公有民营,随后陆续在全县国合商业企业全面推行.两年的实践表明,国合商业公有民营好处多.1、服务质量提高,服务态度改善.实行民营以前,职工把提高服务质量、改善服务态度看作企业的事,与己无关,对待顾客“冷、硬、顶”,对清洁卫生、陈列整理商品敷衍塞责.其根由就是门店、柜组的生意好不好与自己的切身利益关系不大.民营后,一流的服务态度、清洁美观的店容店貌成了职工的奋斗目标.95%以上的门店、柜组窗明几净,商品陈列井然有序,琳琅满目;70%的门店柜组进行了不同程度的装修.基层供销社民营门店基本上做到了随到随卖,门随顾客开.服务质量提高了,真正做到了
