随着水利水电工程建设规模的不断缩小,水利水电建筑行业的竞争越来越大。要想在激烈的市场竞争中取得一席之地,做赢做好有限的项目,关键在于对成本的管理。只要做好成本管理工作,保证项目履约,才能够提高水利水电工程建设的管理水平,保证工程建设的经济效益,从而促进企业的不断发展。本文主要阐述了水利水电项目成本管理的几点措施。
