电阻式温度变换器在测量技术和自动装置中广泛用作温度传感器。通常都接成桥式线路。电桥的失衡信号经线性放大器放大后或者加到电桥的补偿线路上(自动电位计),或者用于温度的直接计测。在对许多热过程进行监控时(特别是在温度很宽的范围内测量过程的速度时)必须确保被测温度和测量仪输出电压之间有很高精度的线性关系。这就提出了要校正传感器或桥式线路特性的非线性问题。
Resistive temperature transducers are widely used as temperature sensors in measurement technology and automation. Usually connected into a bridge line. The unbalanced signal from the bridge is amplified by a linear amplifier or added to the bridge’s compensation circuit (automatic potentiometer) or used for direct temperature measurement. When monitoring many thermal processes, especially when measuring the speed of a process over a wide range of temperatures, it is important to ensure that there is a very high linearity between the measured temperature and the output voltage of the gauge. This raises the issue of non-linearity in correcting sensor or bridge line characteristics.
