目的:建立小型猪滑脉实验教学模型。方法:用静脉滴注低分子右旋糖酐10%葡萄糖注射液造模。由两名有经验中医师采用双盲法从小型猪腋动脉切取平脉和滑脉脉象,同时选用NX-8型多功能脉图仪以最适取法提取腋动脉脉图有关时阈参数:主波高(HB)、升支最大斜率(MSAB)、降支最大斜率(MSBC)、降中峡高/主波高(HE/HB)、降中波波幅(HFF’),主波宽(TW)。结果:小型猪滑脉脉率较平脉稍有增快,节律规整,三部应指有力,应指时间短,态势畅利,如珠走盘,举按皆得。与造模前平脉比较,造模后小型猪脉图显示升支陡峭,B波高而窄,D波微小不明显,E谷的相对高度较低,F波明显。HB增高(P<0.01),MSAB、MSBC增大(P<0.01),HFF’增高(P<0.05);HE/HB减小(P<0.01),TW减小(P<0.01)。结论:采用静脉滴注低分子右旋糖酐10%葡萄糖注射液的方法可以造成小型猪脉滑变模型,且方法简单,重复稳定性好,易于操作。
Objective: To establish a miniature piglet experimental teaching model. Methods: Intravenous injection of low molecular weight dextran 10% glucose injection modeling. Two experienced Chinese physicians using double-blind method from the pig's axillary artery Ping Ping and slippage pulse, while the use of NX-8-type multi-function pulse analyzer to extract the axillary artery most appropriate parameters relevant threshold parameters: the main HB, MSAB, MSBC, HE / HB, HFF 'and TW. Compared with the flat veins before modeling, the appearance of small pig veins after modeling was steeper, the B wave was higher and narrower, the D wave was insignificant, the relative height of E valley was lower, and F wave was obvious. HB increased (P <0.01), increased MSAB and MSBC (P <0.01), increased HFF '(P <0.05); decreased HE / HB and decreased TW (P <0.01). Conclusion: The method of intravenous infusion of low molecular weight dextran 10% glucose injection can lead to miniature piglet slip slip model, and the method is simple, repeatable and stable and easy to operate.
