1存在问题张集煤矿综采工作面配置的乳化液泵站系统以往采用两泵加一箱的结构方式,乳化液的浓度配比都是人工往泵站的水箱加入乳化油和水,乳化液中常混入较多杂质,且浓度不能保证,易引起系统管路堵塞、设备损坏,为了满足高产高效综采工作面生产的需要,现对泵站系统进行优化配置
