随着国际贸易的不断繁荣,病媒生物及其相关传染病也加速跨境传播,对人类健康造成的风险日益剧增。为应对风险,通过收集、整理、分析国内外病媒生物相关法律和标准体系,发现我国病媒生物控制法律及标准体系建设依然薄弱。应加大病媒生物控制法律及标准体系建设,以应对突发多变的国际病媒生物跨境传播的新形势,保障国民健康安全。
With the continuous prosperity of international trade, vectors and their associated infectious diseases are also accelerating cross-border transmission, increasing the risks to human health. In order to cope with the risks, through the collection, collation and analysis of relevant laws and standards systems of vectors at home and abroad, it is found that the construction of laws and standards systems for vector-borne diseases in China remains weak. We should increase the construction of laws and standards for vector control of biological vectors so as to cope with the new situation of transboundary transmission of unexpected vector vectors and ensure the national health and safety.
