随着我国高速公路施工迅猛发展,沥青混凝土路面成为主流,而沥青混凝土面层的刚度小,荷载分布能力弱,需设基层作为半刚性沥青路面的主要承重层。因此,基层施工控制尤显重要。水泥稳定碎石作为路面基层,具有早期强度高,雨季对施工影响相对较小,施工机械化程度较高等特点,这些都有利于保证进度和质量,因此被越来越广泛地应用到公路工程中去。论述了水泥稳定碎石具备的特点和施工情况,并阐述了施工过程中的质量控制措施。
With the rapid development of highway construction in our country, asphalt concrete pavement has become the mainstream. Asphalt concrete pavement has low rigidity and weak load distribution, so it is necessary to set the grass-roots as the main bearing layer of semi-rigid asphalt pavement. Therefore, the grass-roots construction control is particularly important. Cement stabilized gravel as the pavement base has the characteristics of high early strength, relatively little impact on rainy season construction and high degree of construction mechanization, which are conducive to ensuring the progress and quality and are therefore being applied more and more widely to highway engineering . The characteristics and construction of cement stabilized macadam are discussed, and the quality control measures in construction process are expounded.
