本实验用猪、豚鼠、家兔胰腺作为抗原与O型血人胰腺作为抗原相对照,以ABC法检测17例IDDM,20例NIDDM,20例非糖尿病患者血清胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)。结果显示4种胰腺作为抗原均对人ICA有抗原抗体结合反应,组间反应阳性率差异无显著性。表明猪、豚鼠、家兔的胰腺组织作为抗原可以替代人胰腺,用于以ABC法检测ICA,由此也表明ICA无种族特异性。
In this experiment, pigs, guinea pigs, rabbits were used as antigens and O-type human pancreas as antigen. ABC method was used to detect serum islet cell antibody (ICA) in 17 cases of IDDM, 20 cases of NIDDM and 20 cases of non-diabetic. The results showed that the four kinds of pancreas as antigen all had antigen-antibody binding reaction to human ICA, and there was no significant difference in the positive rate among the groups. It is indicated that the pancreas tissues of pigs, guinea pigs and rabbits can replace the human pancreas as the antigen to detect ICA by the ABC method, thus indicating that the ICA is not racially specific.
