当前,在我国广大农村,中学语文教师提高教研能力的主要途径仍是校本教研。如何保障校本语文教研科学有效地运行,校本语文教研制度尤为重要,除此之外,网络环境下,使得传统的校本教研可以不囿于现有的地理局限,创设“大校本”的概念,在优质教研资源相对较少的背景下,真正做到资源共享,促进农村中学语文教师的发展和成长,提高农村初中语文教师教研能力。
