以课程改革为核心的基础教育改革,引导和推动了学校方方面面的变化,改革成为学校和教师生活的常态。持续不断的改革状态,使教师一直面临着角色转换、新角色发展的巨大压力。探究频繁改革对教师的情感考验,加强改革情境中教师的情绪管理,也就成为学校管理者的新课题。本文拟从学校管理的层面出发,考量频繁改革给教师带来的实际影响,并探究学校教师情绪管理的基本策略。
The basic education reform with curriculum reform as the core has guided and promoted all aspects of school reform and has become the norm of school and teacher life. The continuous reform of the state of teachers has always been facing tremendous pressure to change roles and develop new roles. Exploring the frequent reform of teachers’ emotional tests and strengthening the emotional management of teachers in the context of reform have also become new topics for school administrators. This article intends to proceed from the school management level to consider the practical impact of frequent reforms on teachers and to explore the basic strategies of school teachers’ emotional management.
