目的:探讨NOS抑制剂LNAME(左旋硝基精氨酸甲酯)对沙土鼠海马区环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的影响。方法:钳夹沙土鼠的双侧颈总动脉制造脑缺血模型,应用免疫荧光法染色,以便观察cGMP浓度的变化及分布。结果:LNAME抑制cGMP的合成。结论:LNAME是一氧化氮合酶(NOS)强有力的抑制剂,抑制了NO及其介导的cGMP的合成
Objective: To investigate the effect of NOS inhibitor LNAME (L-NAME) on cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in gerbil hippocampus. Methods: The bilateral common carotid arteries of the gerbils were used to make the model of cerebral ischemia. The immunofluorescence staining was used to observe the changes and distribution of cGMP concentration. RESULTS: LNAME inhibited the synthesis of cGMP. CONCLUSION: LNAME is a potent inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and inhibits the synthesis of NO and its cGMP
